A while ago, the sister of Malika send me an email claiming that she would like to give a ‘baby’s’ first year shoot as a present to her pregnant sister. Last year, she saw the different pictures I took of Deau in her first year; and she really liked those images.
The baby’s first year shoot starts with a Maternity shoot, because the baby is not just there, but will be born after a period of nine months; the pregnancy. Malika is the first one for this pilot project, shortly there will be more shoot to come, hopefully also one in the snow!
Last Tuesday, it was time for the Maternity shoot. In the days before, we decided in which style it has to be done. She has chosen for the ‘Romantic style’ which I have shot previously with one other costumer and those image became so nice!!
For myself I’m very satisfied with the result of the shoot with Malika; I hope Malika and Simon will be too!
