Each season has its charm. In springtime there are many beautiful trees with blossom, the summer has its beautiful sunsets, the winter has its snow and the autumn, the autumn has its lovely dark and expressive colours. That’s what I LOVE. Nice red and orange colours from the leaves of the trees, some round pumpkins and a lovely playful girl. What does a Photographer wish for more?
Last weekend we were in Groningen again to relax and have some fun with the Family. When I was standing in my parents garden I saw the hedge changed it’s colours already and I immediately got the setting of a small autumn photo shoot in mind. Quickly I put everything ready for the shoot, grabbing the little girl from inside before she went to bed and started making some pictures before it was getting dark. Because that’s the disadvantage of autumn; It is getting dark so quickly. But the colours… I just love them so much!
Make sure you are in time in booking your autumn sessions, because one big blow of the wind and the leaves (and colours) are gone!
