The cold, cold days before Christmas are approaching, but before they are really there we always have a period of rain, storm AND coloured leaves on the trees. And now is that particular period finally there! I’m crazy about autumn, a cutting wind, cold, warm sleeves and the changes of colours of the trees. Yes, I really LOVE it!
A forest looks almost magical through all those different colours; especially when it is fuzzy in the mornings. Amazing! Already for a while I have the idea to make a Maternity shoot in autumn tints, but for that I needed a pregnant couple. Luckily this pregnancy couple had the same feeling about autumn and we made an appointment for a Maternity shoot in the ‘Panbos’ in Katwijk. Personally one of my favourite forests, because it has many open spaces with beautiful daylight and magnificent old trees.
Unfortunately it was a little cloudy that morning, but this does not spoil the fun. Surely not because certainly we saw two deer passing by. After one hour we did warm ourselves up with a coffee and a hot chocolate and after, when the sun was showing herself, we made some silhouette pictures. This is the result of a nice and cosy Maternity shoot Katwijk in Autumn tints.
